General Information

These House Rules (hereinafter: “Rules”) set out the mandatory entry and conduct regulations for all visitors attending the 2025 U23 European Boxing Championships (hereinafter: “Event”).

By entering the Event venue, all visitors (hereinafter: “Visitors”) explicitly accept these Rules, agree to comply with the instructions of the Hungarian Boxing Association (hereinafter: “Organizer”), and follow the general regulations of the BOK “A” Hall.

The Rules are displayed at multiple locations throughout the venue and are also available online on the official website.


Entry and Tickets

Entry to the Event is subject to a valid ticket.
Competition days are scheduled from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., although the Organizer reserves the right to modify the program.

By entering the venue, the Visitor accepts these Rules and agrees to comply with all instructions given by the Organizer or its staff.

  • Visitors under the age of 14 may only enter under the supervision of an adult.

  • Entry is free for children under 6 years old, provided they sit on the accompanying adult’s lap.

  • Each ticket is valid for single-day entry only.

  • All ticket prices include 27% VAT and are listed in HUF (Hungarian Forint).


Prohibited Items and Objects

For security reasons, the Organizer reserves the right to inspect bags and prevent the entry of restricted or dangerous items.

It is strictly forbidden to bring in:

  • Sharp, explosive, flammable, or toxic objects;

  • Drugs, fireworks, smoke bombs, firecrackers, laser pointers, horns;

  • Glass bottles, trolleys, scooters, chairs, tents, large luggage;

  • Musical instruments, drones, helmets, baby carriages, umbrellas;

  • Sprays, aerosols, deodorants, or any flammable materials.

Visitors may bring food and beverages for personal use only (up to 0.5L in a plastic bottle), and one small handbag or backpack.

No animals are allowed inside the venue, except for guide dogs, assistance dogs, or police dogs.


Conduct and Behaviour

Visitors must behave in a fair, sportsmanlike, and respectful manner at all times.
Anyone disturbing the event, threatening others’ safety, or acting aggressively may be denied entry or removed from the venue.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Racist, hate-inciting, violent, or offensive behaviour;

  • Displaying political, religious, commercial, or otherwise inappropriate banners, flags, or signs.

Only plain national flags without inscriptions (maximum size: 1.5 × 1.0 meters) may be brought into the venue.


Photography, Video and Media

The Event is continuously recorded and broadcast by the Organizer and its authorized media partners.
By attending the Event, Visitors acknowledge that their image, face, and expressions may appear in live or recorded footage.

By entering, Visitors give consent to the unrestricted use of such recordings for promotional, editorial, or broadcast purposes, without any financial compensation.

All commercial, advertising, or promotional activities — as well as demonstrations — are strictly prohibited within the Event area.

Smoking and e-cigarette use are only permitted in designated smoking areas.


Liability

Visitors attend the Event at their own risk.
The Organizer shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property, except in cases of deliberate misconduct or gross negligence.

In case of force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, authority order, or safety concern), the Event may be cancelled.
In such cases, tickets may be refunded at the original point of purchase within 30 days, in accordance with the refund policy.

In all other cases, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.

  • The Organizer is not responsible for unattended belongings or valuables.

  • Cash and card payments are available on site.

  • Parking is only allowed in designated areas with valid authorization.

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes without prior notice.
